Trey White’s Evolv Health has snatched up another Network Marketing company as cPRIME joins the EvolvHealth Corporation.

Previously Evolv merged with Xowii.

Evolv has also been in the news recently as several top leaders from Max International have left Max to join Evolv.

This growth strategy is interesting and could prove effective. I always wondered why a cash rich company like Amway didn’t spur their growth in the U.S. by purchasing smaller but growing MLM companies.
